Susan Armstrong is the director of business resiliency and incident management in Enterprise Risk Management at Commonwealth. In this role, she leads the Business Continuity team and collaborates across functions, conducting risk assessments and business impact analyses. She also develops the testing program for the organization’s emergency response plans and works to enhance the existing incident management process associated with business continuity issues.
